I want to welcome all new and incoming players and families to our program!!! We offer a top ranked comprehensive program for all 8th-12th grade Minnetonka students to participate, develop, train, excel, and play the beautiful game! Our goal is exceed everyone's potential both.

Our program offers 6 different levels; Varsity, JV, JV II, B-Squad, 9A, and 9B. Our program has won 3 State Championships, consistently is ranked in the Top 10, develops numerous All-State/Collegiate Players, excels academically, and has a strong history of helping develop future leaders.

All players interested in high school soccer must be fully registered through the MHS Activities Office including a current physical. 8th graders interested in trying out must contact Jane McGowan to create a Bound Account:

All levels practice after school and play 12-16 games. High School soccer is not allowed on Sundays. Specific schedules can be found by going to the Bound Schedules (located in tab above. School year practice times; typically 3-4:30pm or 4:30-6pm depending on the level. 8th graders who are selected to a team will need to be flexible with practices/games due to release times from MME/MMW

2026 Tryouts begin Monday, August 17th - 20th with grade level times listed under the tryout tab above. Players must attend all sessions to receive the most accurate team level placement.

*Varsity candidates must meet our match fitness standards and will be assessed during the tryout process.

As a program, we offer multiple opportunities throughout the year for players to gain additional training to prepare for the fall season. We hold an annual MHS Girls Summer Soccer Camp June 15-18 (fee based), open training series in Jan/Feb/March, July practices (free), and Captain led Open Soccer in August (free).
