Our Captains are offering winter training in the MHS Dome on Tuesdays January - March from 4-5pm. Inviting ALL PLAYERS who want to gain additional training, speed and agility work, and game play helping to prepare for the fall season and build culture. Commit.Prepare.Excel

Congratulations to Senior Avni Udupa for being selected as a Ms. Soccer Finalist (1 of 5 players receiving this honor). Additionally, Avni was also named to the All-Minnesota Soccer Team and the All-Central Region Soccer Team by the United Soccer Coaches Association.

2026 Tryouts begin Monday, August 17th (Minnetonka High School Upper Turf Fields). Players will need to register with MHS (opens in July). Make sure to plan your fall schedule to prioritize attendance for best team placement. Click on picture for specific grade level times or go to the tryout tab above for more info.

A huge congratulations to sophomore Liv Monnens (1st Team), senior Avalyn Irwin (2nd Team) and senior Avni Udupa (1st Team) for being named to the Minnesota High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State Teams.

Go to the tab above titled 'Schedules' to view specific team levels. The Lake Conference site is the only accurate schedule to use for all game, weather, and bus schedules. Additionally, Maple Grove has been officially added as the 7th Lake Conference member. The Lake is arguably one of the most competitive conferences in the state.
